Welcome to Riskura. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, visitors, and anyone accessing our services.


Riskura reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.


Preorder Policy

 

Some products sold by Riskura are offered as preorder items. A preorder allows customers to secure items before they are produced or fully stocked.



Preorder Window

Preorders remain open for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Once the preorder window closes, production begins.

 



Production & Shipping Timeline

 

All preorder items require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and fulfillment after the preorder window closes. This timeline may vary slightly depending on manufacturing, production volume, and logistics factors. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production timeline.

 





Shipping Policy & Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped once production is completed. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

 



Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Riskura is no longer responsible for the package.

 

Riskura is not liable for packages that are:


  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Damaged during transit

Customers must file any claims directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.

 


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Riskura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.





Delivery Responsibility Policy

 

Riskura fulfills and ships all orders in good faith. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Riskura is not responsible for:


  • Stolen packages
  • Missing deliveries
  • Packages taken from mailboxes, porches, or delivery areas


Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery location is secure.





Limited Release / Drop Policy

 

Riskura products are often released in limited quantities or limited preorder windows.

Because of the nature of limited releases:

 


  • Products may sell out quickly
  • Items may not be restocked
  • Restocks are not guaranteed

Riskura reserves the right to determine if or when a product will be restocked.





No Cancellations Policy

All orders placed through Riskura are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.


This includes:


  • Changing sizes
  • Changing shipping addresses
  • Canceling preorder items

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 





Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final.


Riskura does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is:


  • Incorrect
  • Damaged upon arrival



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


Please include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue



Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.





SMS Marketing Terms

By subscribing to the Riskura SMS list, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages.

 


These messages may include:


  • Product releases
  • Exclusive drops
  • Restock alerts
  • Promotions and marketing updates
  • Consent
  • Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not required to make a purchase.
  • Message Frequency
  • Message frequency may vary depending on promotions and product releases.
  • Message & Data Rates
  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying, STOP to any Riskura message.




Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Riskura actively monitors transactions to prevent fraudulent purchases.

 


By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the authorized cardholder to use the payment method.

Fraud Screening

Orders may be subject to verification checks. Riskura reserves the right to:


  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Request identity verification
  • Refuse service to suspected fraudulent transactions

No chargebacks pass 24 hours customers agree to contact Riskura support first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed, Riskura may submit evidence to the payment processor including:


  • Order confirmation records
  • Billing and shipping verification
  • Tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Customer communication records

Customers who file fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be:


  • Permanently banned from purchasing from Riskura
  • Subject to cancellation of future orders
  • Responsible for recovering any fees or losses associated with the dispute

 

Intellectual Property & Design Ownership

All content on the Riskura website is the exclusive intellectual property of Riskura.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Clothing designs
  • Graphics and artwork
  • Product photography
  • Brand name and branding
  • Website content

These materials are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

 

 


Unauthorized Use

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any Riskura designs or branding without written permission. Unauthorized reproduction of Riskura designs for clothing or merchandise may result in:

 

  • Copyright infringement claims
  • Legal action
  • Product removal requests on marketplaces or platforms

Riskura actively monitors and protects its intellectual property. Riskura shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Use of our website and purchase of our products is done at the customer’s own discretion.
