Shipping Times: Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped to carrier, not when it is placed. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
Delays: Riskura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Riskura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be replaced or refunded.
Pre-orders: Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and are produced after orders are placed. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Pre-order items require additional processing and production time. Estimated production time is [4-6 weeks]. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing or supply delays. Shipping times begin after production is completed, not on the date the order is placed. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs, or carrier issues. Riskura is not responsible for delays outside of our control. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-order items. ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once a pre-order is placed.
