Due to the limited nature of preorder items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

Requests submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement.
